By accessing to website, known as the “Site”, you, known as the “User”, hereby acknowledge what the User have read, understood and agree to be bound by the policies found on these pages :

Straitspetmart and its management hereby expresses their right to revise, amend, withdraw or make changes to these terms and conditions, and policies, in part or in whole at any time with or without prior notice to its Users. All such revisions, amendments, withdrawals or changes shall be automatically, or immediately effective once they are posted on the Site.

 

Indemnity
The User shall agree to indemnify and hold Straitspetmart and its employees and partners harmless from any and all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, liabilities (including any statutory liability and 3rd party liabilities) that made by any third party due to, or arising from the use of the Site and/or Services and/or the User’s breach of the Terms of Use.

 

Home Delivery / Online Shopping Terms & Conditions
1. Product Warranties
With respect to non-exclusive Straitspetmart branded Goods, such Goods are supplied and sold on an "as is where is" basis, unless the manufacturer, or supplier, of such Goods has issued a warranty in respect of such Goods, in which case such Goods are supplied and sold with the warranties issued and granted by the manufacturer, or supplier, of such Goods only. You hereby agree to look solely to such manufacturer, or supplier, for any claims related to such warranties.

 

2. Pricing & Product Information
All pricing stated on our website are inclusive of GST. Whilst all pricing & product information stated are as accurate as possible, Straitspetmart reserves the right to vary the pricing and other details of the products without prior notice.

Expiry date on the packaging is an indication of the product lifespan before it is opened for use.

 

3. Discounts
Subject to the Terms and Conditions of prevailing promotions, applicable membership privileges (i.e. Birthday Discount, Bulk Discount) will only be given upon verification of membership status.

 

4. Delivery Service Surcharge
A delivery surcharge of S$10 applies for nett purchases below S$100. Free delivery for nett purchases above S$100. No delivery will be made outside mainland Singapore or to post office boxes. A re-delivery surcharge of S$10 will apply after the first failed delivery.

 

5. Modes of Payment
We accept credit card (VISA, MasterCard or AMEX) and cash payments.

 

6. Order Confirmation
Upon receipt of your delivery order, our Delivery Service Officer will contact you in the next working day (Mondays to Fridays, excluding Public Holidays). In cases where stocks become unavailable, Straitspetmart reserves the right to reject, and/or limit the quantities ordered.

Your Order is not confirmed until you receive a tele-confirmation from our Delivery Service Officer.
All confirmed orders can be amended at least 1 Working Day before the delivery date by calling our Delivery Hotline.

Available – Stocks are available for immediate delivery within 3 working days upon tele-confirmation from our Delivery Service Officer

IN STOCK

In Stock – Stocks are available at our retail stores for delivery within 5 working days upon tele-confirmation from our Delivery Service Officer

SPECIAL ORDER

Special Order – Stocks are on Special Order. We will check our supplier's stock availability before confirming your order.

  • The final delivery date of your order will depend on when the order leaves our warehouse. We endeavour to keep to our stated Delivery Lead Time. However, there may be times where it might take longer due to item availability and processing time at our warehouse.

  • IN STOCK delivery lead time will apply with orders containing a mixture of AVAILABLE & IN STOCK products.

8. Order Cancellation Policy
A cancellation fee of S$10 will apply if you decide to cancel your order once it has been confirmed.

 

9. Delivery Time Slots & Policy

Monday

  • Between 2:00pm and 6:00pm

  • Between 6:30pm and 9:30pm

Tuesday – Friday

  • Between 9:00am and 12:00pm*

  • Between 2:00pm and 6:00pm

  • Between 6:30pm and 9:30pm

Saturday

  • Between 9:00am and 12:00pm*

  • Between 2:00pm and 6:00pm

  • Sunday and Public Holidays

No Delivery

As we have a fixed delivery routine, we are unable to accede to any particular delivery time request.
For Delivery Time Slots Amendments, please inform our Delivery Hotline at least 1 Working Day in advance. A re-delivery charge of S$10 will apply for any failed first delivery.

We are unable to accede to any particular packing requirements for your delivery.

 

10. Repacking Policy
A Service Fee of $2 per 6kg & above pack for repacking will apply upon customer’s request. This will be done in accordance and acceptance of Straitspetmart Repacking Policy. All repacked pet food are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

 

11. Refund & Exchange Policy
All refunds or exchanges must be reported to our Delivery Hotline within 7 Working Days and accompanied by the original receipts. All products for refunds or exchanges have to be returned to Straitspetmart unused, in their original packaging & tag. For products which are wrongly or short delivered, Straitspetmart reserves the right to refund the difference or supply the correct or short delivered products. All exchanges or refunds of the products are subjected to management discretion. All decisions are final and no correspondence will be entertained.
